The Global Governace needs independent sovereignty.

I think defence/peacekeeping should be one as well, because military power and influence cannot stay at national level for this to work
In theory, competence should cover all subject matters that concern all human beings throughout the planet and are better dealt with/can only be properly dealt with at a global level:
Preservation of biodiversity
Preservation of the common goods/common resources(air, water, sand)
Possession, and control of nuclear weapons
Taxation of global private actors/entities(multinational corporations, and very high wealth families, multinational crime organisations)
Public action/ fight against multinational crime organisation
Defence of human rights
